Do I need to be here when your are cleaning?

No need for our exterior only cleanings.

How do you do the estimates?

We can do them over the phone sometimes, if we have enough information. Though these are not confirmed until we can actually see the property. If possible it is always better to schedule the estimate and do the job at that time.

Is there anything I need to do before you arrive?

Please make sure a side gate is available to use to enter the backyard. Make sure any pets are safely secured. Make sure all blinds are up and furniture is moved away from the windows.
